Single vineyard: Mt Pilot Estate (Eldorado). Aged in pre-loved French oak. Unfiltered.
Apricot, ginger, honeysuckle and phenolic characters are dialled right up in this skin-contact white.
Definitely a wine for food, sling it around with pork and ginger dumplings!
