A museum release of one of our first ever vintages of fortified Brown Muscat, and a special one at that! Bottle age helps the wine's fortifying spirit beautifully integrate with the fruit, softening and becoming richer over time.
A standout nuttiness (both dried and candied walnut), burnt toffee, dried figs and a lick of salt, with fruit weight and sweetness balanced by clean acidity.
Approaching Christmas, consider creamy and festive desserts such as trifle or cheesecake; alternatively, soft cow's milk cheeses!
Drink this aged wine within a week of opening.
