Scion's house style is modern Durif - bright, elegant, with good fruit intensity supported by fine tannin.

This carefully cellared Durif is a stellar example of how this varietal can evolve over time.

A long ripening season in 2006 (our third ever vintage!) delivered beautiful balance, with lovely acidity keeping this wine in great condition over almost two decades.

Blackberry-liquorice aromas are followed by characters of blood plum, dark cherry, savoury spice and a hint of dried clove.

Estate-grown, handpicked and basket pressed.
