For one night only, Scion Wine and Grace invite you to explore the darker side of Rutherglen through a curated winter dining experience celebrating the wines that were never meant to define the region, yet became impossible to ignore.
Across five indulgent courses and rare pours, guests will journey through modern Rutherglen wines alongside stories of experimentation, risk-taking, and rebellion. Expect moody lighting, rich flavours, and an atmosphere designed for those who believe wine should still surprise you.
