A day on skins delivers beautiful colour and food-friendly tannin. Wild fermented.

Daylight Red was selected in the top six chilled reds by tasting panelist Louis Schofield (winemaker, Worlds Apart):
"This would be called rosé if you were looking at it from spitting distance, but it has this density of fruit on the palate that just elevates it to the red wine world. A slight spritz at first helps give it a pop and feeling of freshness. It feels like thin-skinned or low-colour grape variety made like a proper red wine – it takes me on a nostalgic journey to the OG chilled red, Tavel’s L’Anglore, and I’m here for it."
