Harvested from a small cluster of beehives situated within dense plantings of native Australian flora behind our winery.
Drunk Honey won't make you drunk, just the bees... When our winemaker is pressing the juice of our super floral Muscat grape varieties during vintage, he spends a lot of the day rescuing bees from drowning in the juice! But of course, mostly the bees feed on flowering natives on our farm and around the countryside, adding to the biodiversity on our farm.
