TUMBARUMBA CHARDONNAY

Handcrafted by three winemaking mates of North East Victoria, the 2017 vintage of this wine collaboration saw grapes sourced from Maragle Creek Vineyard in Tumbarumba, located at 420m altitude. A crisp, bright expression with nectarine, zesty lemon curd and underlying minerality.

Rated 93 points by Campbell Mattinson (Wine Front).

Campbell Mattinson writes:
Straw-coloured and powerful both aromatically and in the glass. Sure quality here. Stonefruit, stones, spices and crystallised fruit notes. Beautifully well integrated. Beautifully well balanced.

750ml, Alc 13.0%, 311 dozen produced.

PRC is a collaboration of three great wine mates of North East Victoria. It stands for wines co-crafted by Pete Graham (Domenica, Beechworth), Rowly Milhinch (Scion, Rutherglen) and Chris Catlow (Sentio, Beechworth).

1. Handpicked fruit from the same row of vines is divided among three winemakers.

2. Each parcel is made independently and intuitively in each of our small wineries.

3. A year later we come back together to blend the resulting barrels, creating a finished wine.
