Durif Viognier 2016


Inspired by Northern Rhone reds, co-fermentation of Durif and Viognier results in a fine, textural and aromatic Durif.

Characters of savoury spice, cinnamon, dark cherry and plum. Drinking beautifully with a few years in bottle.

Handpicked, wild yeast, some stems, some whole bunch fermentation.
