Salmon crudo, cucumber, radish, caper-coriander-chive sauce, tamari mayo, fried shallot (GF, DF) $35 ... Included wine match: Scion Blonde (dry white)
Local mushroom & tofu dumpling, broccoli, sesame-spring onion dressing, cashews, herbs (Vegan) $35 ... Included wine match: Scion Daylight Red (chilled red)

Our usual tasting fee will be waived on the Saturday & Sunday for visitors who have purchased Tastes of Rutherglen tickets.
Tastings will be on a walk-in basis only for the Saturday & Sunday this year.
Bookings are welcome for the Friday and Monday, with walk-ins also welcome.
Please note our maximum group size for tastings is 8 guests.
WELCOME COURTYARD SIPS & CANAPES, FRIDAY 6 MARCH
Join the Winemakers of Rutherglen at De Bortoli Rutherglen Estate for a regional welcome to the festival. Mingle with local winemakers over canapés and a curated selection of Rutherglen wines and cocktails. 5.30 - 7pm, $45pp
