Here are the latest Wine Club selections, to restock your fridge and cellar ahead of the festive season.
Members have last dibs on museum releases of Durif Viognier 2015 (96 pts), Syrah 2021, 'Stems' Durif 2018 (94 pts) & Sweet Durif 2006.
Don't forget our new wine pack called 'Chillable', similar to the White & Rosé pack but throwing in some chilled red for good measure. It's a pack to take you from picnic to poolside this summer!
Muscat Gin is also available as an add-on to any 6 Pack.
The deadline for selections is THURSDAY 16 OCTOBER.
Any changes to your default wine selection must be made by this cut-off date.
Log into our Membership portal where you can review and update your selection, shipping address and credit card details as required. Step-by-step instructions are provided below.

If you have a Your Choice membership, you'll be able to customise your selection when you log into your account.
HOW TO UPDATE YOUR MEMBERSHIP
STEP 1: Log into your online account
Log into your account via our Membership portal.
If you have not yet activated your online account, please expect a separate email in your inbox with a link to create your password.
STEP 2: Check your Shipping information
Once logged in, click on Membership, then Manage my membership and then click Edit next to Delivery method to update and save your shipping information.
STEP 3: Check your Payment details
While you're in the Manage my membership screen, scroll down and click Edit next to Payment method to update your payment details (if required). Here you can edit or delete the credit card on file, or add a new credit card. Your credit card details are encrypted and securely stored through Stripe.
STEP 4: Confirm your selection by 16 October
Click on Upcoming shipments and you should see your default NOVEMBER 2025 selection. This membership menu can take a few moments to load.
If you have a Winemaker’s Pick membership, your default pack selection (e.g. The Lot, Reds, etc.) and quantity (6 or 12 bottles) have been set based on your most recent membership preferences.
Should you wish to change your selection or pack size for this round, you’ll find instructions online when viewing your default selection. When updating your pack selection, make sure you save your membership and refresh the page to check your new selection.
If you have a Your Choice membership, you will need to select your wines from the list available for this round. A default selection has been made for you to customise.
Once you are happy with your selection, click Confirm my selection.
STEP 5: Sit tight for a delicious wine delivery!
If you’ve followed Steps 1–4, we now have your Club order for the October delivery.
Payments will be processed from 22 October and we’ll be shipping from 29 October.

Need to delay your shipment? No problem! Please contact us directly to arrange a suitable shipment date.
Need to skip this delivery? There's a Skip shipment button in the online portal under "Upcoming shipments" if you need to sit this round out.
A friendly reminder that our Ts & Cs allow one skip every 24 months (unless otherwise arranged) to continue to receive ongoing membership benefits.

FROM THE WINEMAKER: WHAT'S NEW? WHAT'S SPECIAL?
New BLONDE 2024. Move over Riesling and Pinot Grigio. Our 'Blonde' is like sunshine in a glass - intensely aromatic, textural and with energetic acidity all translating to a mouth-filling, summery-tasting experience! It's a wild-fermented dry white made from early-season, handpicked White Muscat. I've been experimenting with partial maturation in ceramic barrels for the last couple of vintages of this wine style, translating to a fine chalky texture and a lovely savouriness. Take the night off cooking and order in some fish 'n' chips with this zinger.
New SYRAH 2023. Think you know Rutherglen Shiraz? Think again! Bright, structured and savoury, our Syrah has waves of purple-red fruits, with enticing spice really coming to the fore in this vintage. With its elegance and medium palate weight, it's a stellar food wine throughout the seasons - a sure bet to take along when you're invited to dinner! This wine starts its journey at Terravinia Vineyard, where we grow shiraz on four acres nestled into a northern slope overlooking the Murray River. Wild yeast, some whole berries and stems, old and new French oak. Perfectly matched with Italian classics.
VIOGNIER 2023. I'm super passionate about this French variety, with a vision for purity and site expression guiding how I make this wine. Handpicked at Linlithgow, our estate vineyard, wild fermented and matured in ceramic barrel, old and new French oak. Alongside juicy apricot, preserved lemon and ginger, the palate is savoury-charged with good weight and texture. Modern, energetic and will go with so many dishes on the festive table - shellfish, salmon and other oily fish, roast chicken and turkey... the list goes on!
MUSCAT NOUVEAU 2022. This wine style doubles as a delicate dessert wine that will be perfect with many creamy and summery desserts (think trifle, panna cotta, pavlova and cheesecake) but also as a super refreshing spritz. The recipe couldn't be simpler - Muscat Nouveau + soda + lime juice - and sip away!
Museum DURIF VIOGNIER 2015 (96 pts)
*Available in WINEMAKER 'Reds' pack only, due to very limited volume.
A decade-old, medium-bodied Durif inspired by Northern Rhone to hero detail, restraint and fine tannin. The co-fermentation of Durif with 3% Viognier delivers a floral lift and complexity. A savoury expression, for sure, but with ample fruit characters of red currants, juicy ripe blackberries and a hint of dry liquorice. Bottle age has also contributed to this wine's beautifully silky tannins. A gentle lover!
Halliday said on its original release:
"Winemaker Rowly Milhinch grows powerful durif but his grand goal is to give it an elegant turn. Here he hits pay dirt. This release boasts a churning complexity: deep, dark fruit, smoky peppery notes and firm but ultra-fine tannin. It will keep the faithful fans of Rutherglen Durif happy and also help win over a new audience; it takes muscular fruit and lands it softly on the palate. This is the wine Scion has been striving for."
Museum 'STEMS' DURIF 2018 (94 pts)
Durif with 85% of the stems included during fermentation. Inspired by the Rhone Valley in France, the use of stems delivers fragrance and fine, long tannin. Expect a wine of certain intensity, but also elegance, and the most pure, savoury red and dark fruit.
A warm vintage delivered a striking, savoury and balanced wine, with fine tannin driving lovely length. Characters of rich red cherry are interwoven with earth, liquorice, dark chocolate, sweet spices, savoury herbs and lifted violets. Wild yeast fermentation, maturation in Foudre (no new oak).

Beautiful wine. Delicate but insistent. The most perfect frame of fine-grained tannin. Herbs and spices, a bit of tang, a rush of fresh fruit. Power and refreshment in one. The longer I sat with it the more it impressed... So very different in such a very good way.(Campbell Mattinson)
Museum SYRAH 2021

Terravinia Vineyard, the second vineyard we manage, continues to produce exceptional fruit and 2021 was no exception. This is our take on Rutherglen shiraz: elegant, medium-bodied, savoury, spicy, red fruited. Wild yeast, some whole berries and stems, old and new French oak. Ready to drink now; we've done the cellaring time.

Shut your eyes – is this a cool-climate or a warmer-climate syrah? The level of bright spiciness will have you wondering, as will the disciplined manner, fine tannin structure and overall gentleness... a wine that exudes real charm and finesse. Museum SWEET DURIF 2006
Our signature fortified Durif: semi-sweet, vibrant, clean. Now well-known and loved as After Dark, we labelled the 2006 vintage "Sweet Durif". Long ripening conditions in 2006 produced an elegantly structured wine, with enticing liquorice spice on the palate alongside stewed red plums and dried currants. Delicious served chilled with your favourite Christmas desserts.
