Modern Durif - bright, elegant, with good fruit intensity supported by fine tannin.
An elegant red from a moderate growing season. Characters of dark fruits, spiced cranberries, cacao and a lick of bay leaves and savoury herbs are all wrapped up in delicate tannin.
Estate-grown fruit fermented in open concrete vats. Hand plunged and basket pressed into French oak (30% new) and matured for 19 months.
