Our Muscat Gin is crafted by steeping Scion's handpicked muscat grapes in Backwoods Distilling Gin before pressing.

Native bushland botanicals form the gin's foundation, laden with bright citrus, spice, and herbal notes, while the grapes round things out with a fruity lusciousness. 

Botanicals: 
Juniper, coriander, cardamom, angelica root, orris root.
Pepperberry, strawberry gum, peppermint gum, wattle seed, lemon myrtle.

Grapes:
Muscat à petits grains rouge (Rutherglen Brown Muscat)
