Made using traditional bottle fermentation, this sparkling white has characters of crisp green apple, lemon sherbet and a floral lift, with a fine bead and lovely dry finish.

Handpicked early-harvest Muscat and Palomino. Wild fermented in pre-loved oak with light lees contact ahead of tirage.
