Durif with 85% of the stems included during fermentation. Striking, savoury, intense, structured. 

Inspired by the Rhone Valley in France, the use of stems delivers fragrance and fine, long tannin. Expect a wine of certain intensity, but also elegance, and the most pure, savoury red and dark fruit.

Wild yeast fermentation, maturation in Foudre (no new oak). Unfiltered.
