Durif fermented with 85% whole bunches. Striking and savoury, intense and structured. Wild yeast fermentation, maturation in Foudre (no new oak). Unfiltered.
Inspired by the Rhone Valley in France, the use of stems delivers fragrance and fine, long tannin. Expect a wine of certain intensity, but also elegance, and the most pure, savoury red and dark fruit.
