A medium-bodied, detailed and elegant red crafted to express a vision for Shiraz that is uncommon in Rutherglen.
Expect red fruit aromas of cranberries and blood plums alongside a subtle earthiness, followed by savoury spices and silky tannin on the palate. Bright acidity and length persist in this wine from a warm growing season, with bottle age contributing wonderful poise.
Wild yeast, 15% whole bunches, 50% whole berries, some stems. Basket pressed, 15% new French oak for 11 months.
